Greg Laughton SC

Mr. Greg Laughton SC has been an Arbitrator since 2008 and has sat as an Arbitrator in HKIAC, ACICA and ICC. With chambers in Sydney and London and expertise in commercial, maritime, building and construction disputes, Mr. Laughton SC has appeared in commercial arbitrations and mediations as counsel, arbitrator and mediator. He is a Fellow of ACICA, MCIArb, BarADR approved arbitrator of the NSW Bar Association. He is also accredited mediator under the Australian National Mediator Accreditation Standards and a court appointed mediator of the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales.He obtained a Professional Certificate in Arbitration from University of Adelaide and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from University of New South Wales. He is Head of Thirteen Wentworth Selborne Chambers in Sydney and Consultant to Hardwicke Chambers in London.

Hu Zhen

Mr.Hu completed Bachelor of Laws from Yunnan University. He is a civil-commercial litigator and a senior partner in Quzhi Law Firm. He is a member of the Yunnan Lawyers Association and Kunming Lawyers Association. With more than 10 years working experience, he has successfully acted a legal counsel for a number of multi-national enterprises. He is familiar with the Chinese litigation procedure and arbitration rules, since 2021, Mr. Hu began working as an arbitrator for the Kunming Arbitration Commission. He participates actively in various international academic conferences and activities organized by the China Enterprise Confederation. Dedicated in research and exploration of financial securities, government corporate counsel and other professional fields, Mr.Hu has always been interested in providing platforms for exchange as well as investment opportunities for foreign enterprises.

Wang Zhihua

Mr. Wang is currently the director and partner of Yunnan Quzhi Law Firm Lawyer. He provides legal services focused on investment and financing, corporate governance, risk prevention, capital markets, collection and disposal of non-performing assets, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and restructuring. He graduated from Yunnan University Law School with a bachelor’s degree.

Atty. Qiong Lu

Ms. Lu is an International Attorney specializing in business law in Shanghai after 11 years of practice in government law. Her main areas of practice include general corporate, overseas M&A, cross-border investment, public listing in USA, arbitration and dispute resolution. She is a Senior Partner at Jingsh (Shanghai) Law Firm, and assists Chinese enterprises publicly listed in NASDAQ, designs the equity structure of foreign-invested enterprises in China among others. She holds a Bachelors in Law from College of Law of People’s Public Security University of China, Masters in Civil, Commercial and Economic Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and Masters in International Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law (USA).

Zhang Jingmei

Ms. Jingmei is the Director General of Kunming International Commercial Arbitration Service Centre (KICASC). She is also Director of Legal Affairs Bureau of Economic Development Zone Management Committee of the Kunming National Economic and Technological Development Zone. She holds the same academic capacity as a masters degree.

Yang Rui

Mr. Rui is the Secretary General of the Kunming International Commercial Arbitration Service Centre (KICASC). He is a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator by profession and has graduated from the China University as a student of political science and law.

Yang Xiaomin

Lawyer Yang is a member of Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm, the Director of the Faculty Center, member of the Communist Party of China, and Political Consultative Conference. Ms. Yang graduated from the Kunming University of Science and Technology Law School, obtained a masters degree in economic law. She has worked long-term with government legal services, state-owned enterprise legal services and international commercial dispute resolution services. She has been serving in the Chinese International Trade Promotion Committee Mediation, China International Chamber of Commerce Mediation, China (Yunnan) Free Trade Test Zone, China (Yunnan). She is foreign legal expert and Legal Adviser to the Kunming National Economic Development Zone.

Lu Bin

Mr. Lu Bin is Vice President of Kunming Bar Association, Deputy Director of Legal Advisory Committee of China Lawyers Association, visiting professor at National Lawyers College P.R.C, founding partner of China Pan Mekong Law Firm in Myanmar. He has been practicing law for 25 years, focusing on commercial and corporate law, as well as the laws of South Asia and Southeast Asia. He was selected into the first round of‘1,000 foreign-related lawyers talent Pool’ by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China, awarded the “National Outstanding Lawyer” by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China. He was ranked as ‘Band 1’ lawyer in the area of ‘Corporate/Commercial’ of Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide for consecutive years.

Zhang Ling

Zhang Ling is associate professor of the Law School of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, director of Regional Energy Cooperation Law Research Centre, postgraduate tutor, senior expert and lawyer of SGLA (Kunming) Law Firm, independent supervisor of Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited. She graduated from Wuhan University Law School, obtained a Master Degree in International Commercial Law and EU Law from UK. As a legal practitioner, she has been engaged in the legal practice for international investment especially the development and cooperation of international engineering, foreign investment in China and overseas investment of Chinese enterprises in the fields of energy, minerals and electric power, international trade, international commercial dispute settlement, infrastructure construction and company legal affairs. She is fluent in English and has been engaged in education for many years. Her legal career spans more than 20 years. She is expert in research, teaching and business integration.

Zhang Tianyi

Mr. Zhang is a Partner of Yunnan Baqian Law Firm, Director of Baqian Lao Law Firm, and Senior Consultant of China Pan-Mekong (Myanmar) Law Firm. He has led an international team of lawyers to provide legal services for Chinese enterprises and Chinese citizens in Lao PDR and extend the scope of services to neighboring countries of Southeast Asia and South Asia. Mr. Zhang has been mainly engaged in overseas investment, cross-border financing, overseas energy development, overseas infrastructure construction, foreign-related commercial dispute settlement, etc., and has mastered the laws of South and Southeast Asian countries. Mr. Zhang recognized by Chambers & Partners, Ministry of Justice, All China Lawyers Association, and awarded with “Belt and Road” top ten lawyers in the first Belt and Road Excellent Legal Service Project Award. He is also a member of the Belt and Road Standing Committee of LAWASIA, member of Pacific Rim Bar Association, mediator of China Chamber of International Commerce Mediation Center, member of “Blue Sea Expert Database” of Shenzhen Blue Sea Modern Legal Service Development Center, Director of Yunnan Institute of International Taxation, Deputy Director of South and Southeast Asia Business Committee of Kunming Lawyers Association, member of expert database of Kunming South and Southeast Asia Judicial Research Center, columnist for the Law review of Belt and Road of the leading international legal database Wolters   Kluwer. Mr. Zhang is the lead writer of The Path and Mode of Global Service and Development of China Law Firms Going Out and has won the first prize in the Paper Award of Lawyer Research Institute of China Law Society.

Chen Delin

Mr. Chen works as a lawyer at Guangdong Wentian Law Firm. He is mainly engaged in maritime litigation and arbitration related to international trade contract disputes, marine insurance disputes, international settlement, letter of credit disputes, etc. He graduated from the Shanghai Maritime University and completed his Post graduation majoring in national law in the Department of International Shipping.

Dinesh Kumar Bishnoi

Advocate Dinesh Kumar Bishnoi, FCIArb, ASIArb, is practicing at Bombay High Court, Mumbai. He is a Member of the Bombay Bar Association and International Bar Association (IBA), UK. His practice includes Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation, Adjudication and Conciliation in sectors including International Maritime Arbitration. He also heads a Law Firm “Bishnoi Advocate”. He completed Bachelor of Laws with International Law and Labour Law, Diploma in Senior Level Defence Management. During his Career for 39 years, he has been awarded twice by The Hon’ble President of India. He is empanelled arbitrator at Maldives International Arbitration Centre, Bombay High Court, Jammu and Kashmir International Arbitration Centre, Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, Indian Dispute Resolution Centre, ODR Platform Presolv360 among others. He is also an accredited mediator.

Clarissa Chan

Clarissa Chan is a Senior consultant and the General Secretary of Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone International Investment Trade Service Center. She got her MBA degree from the University of Sunderland, UK. Clarissa Chan has extensive work experience on business consulting internationally for more than fifteen years which mainly dedicated to international legal disputes, international cooperation and technical consultation. She had achieved excellent performance in the past few years. Resolved international disputes successfully. She is also the MD of YNBBIC (Yunnan-Bengal Business Information Consultation Co., Ltd.) which provides business consulting to customers especially in south Asia countries, and provides them with diverse solutions to achieve customer needs and has a good reputation.

Utsav Rakshit

Utsav Rakshit is a SIMI Accredited Mediator (Level 1) and has completed the SAGE Mediation Accreditation Course. He was formerly appointed as a Young IPOS Mediator at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore where he was involved in the mediation of a cross-border trademark dispute. He is also listed on SAGE Mediation’s list of International Mediation Professionals. Utsav is passionate about the training of young student mediators and negotiators. He regularly judges and coaches mediation teams in competitions such as ICC Paris, CDRC Vienna, etc. He has published a chapter on mediation in CIIM Contemporary Issues in Mediation Volume 6. Utsav is a law graduate from the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded the Singapore Mediation Centre Prize for Mediation. Beyond mediation, Utsav assists emerging technology companies in the region on corporate and technology related matters.

Ece DAYIOĞLU

Ece Dayıoğlu FCIArb, FSIArb, LLM, Master II, LLM is lawyer admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association and the Paris Bar Association. She is listed arbitrator of the CIArb (UK) at “Fellow” level and the SIArb (Singapore) at “Fellow” level. She is listed arbitrator of the SHAC (China), the RAC (Russia),the ISTA (Turkey), the BIAMC (Indonesia) and the KIAC (Rwanda). She is listed mediator of the IMI (Netherlands), the SIMI (Singapore), the BIAMC (Indonesia) and Turkish Ministry of Justice (Türkiye).Ece Dayıoğlu FCIArb, FSIArb, LLM, Master II, LLM works internationally as partner at Dayıoğlu Law Firm and International ADR Center(under the leadership of the managing partner Attorney Cemal Sedat Dayıoğlu) which operates in more than fifty countries from Asia to Africa, from Europe to America.Ece Dayıoğlu FCIArb, FSIArb, LLM, Master II, LLMhas also taken up the position of EDAC Vice Secretary General. She obtained her LL.M in International Dispute Resolution and Economics Law from Queen Mary University of London with Merit after completing her thesis on “The Enforceability of Arbitral Awards in International Arbitration Involving States/State-Owned Entities: How to Be Ensured by the Arbitral Tribunal and to Be Resisted by the Sovereigns?”. She obtained her LL.M in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University after completing her project on “Protection of Shareholders with Decreasing Share Ratio Against Malicious Capital Increase in Joint Stock Companies”.Ece Dayıoğlu FCIArb, FSIArb, LLM, Master II, LLM did her internship at the ICC International Court of Arbitration Secretariat as the intern of the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Case Management Team and the Special Counsel. She is sworn translator in English and French.
